Installation was a little tricky reaching the back inside wall to attach the support for the slider while maintaining the slider was level.

I originally purchased one set to see if they were worth it. They were easy to install and worked fine. I then ordered two 6 piece sets. The first set of six arrived and half of the slides did not work, after reading the reviews I found out how to repair them. Unfortunately two of the plastic locks are not working the box they were in was crushed by the slides. The hooks at the back of the slides that retain the shelf were all bent out of shape and so were a couple of the mounting brackets but I was able to bend them back into shape without breaking them off. Second set of six slides arrived yesterday (three weeks late) and the box was damaged like the second set. The plastic slide locks were not damaged but one of the sets was tossed in the box without the packing bag and screws. There is no link that I can find that allows me to contact the seller and I am only given the choice to return everything. I cant hold up this kitchen remodel any longer, if the seller reads this please contact me.

I installed "assemble them yourself" cabinets a number of years ago, and the drawer that gets the most use (kids cups and plates) wore out the runner. These were pretty much an exact fit- the cabinets have the face frame with groove the the sides and bottom slide into, standard cabinet depth. I'll likely replace a few more over time with these as well.

I added drawer banks to my workbench and wanted to do the lower two large drawers with this undermount thingy. The instructions are HORRIBLE (at least for me). My problem was i was using drawer bottoms that were flush (screws) rather than having a recessed floor using an internal dado groove. These things need that 1/4" recess and I ended up getting that accomplished with dadoes to fit the latches. I bought these "recycled" slides and one of them wasnt so hot (soft close pistons dont work) but it worked enuff after i finally figured my install problems. I reported my issue to Amazon and they graciously refunded my money and told me to keep the slide.

Unless you have tons of experience with cabinets, drawers and drawer slides stay away. One of the slides delivered to me was defective; there was a chunk of plastic missing and the soft close jammed here every time it was activated. I tried valiantly to get OCG to send me a new one and not delay my project but they would not. They wanted me to package it back up and take it to UPS for shipment back to them and then they would give me a refund. My time and my gas and minimum 2 weeks for processing and then I would have to order another one i.e. more time. I managed to get it functional - again, my time - by installing a screw on top to hold the rail down. You can see it in the photo; It does work now, but who knows for how long. OCG said it must have been damaged by the shipper, but no, not true. Two of four of the plastic pieces at the end of the slides broke, I have no idea how or why or if this is a problem. One of the adjusters literally fell apart in my hand while I was adjusting it. Luckily it snapped back together. I don't know what it is about these slides as they do work (after I fixed the one) but they don't feel good. Do yourself a favor and buy some from from Ikea or whoever. You will be happier.
