The spatula head fell off inside my too faced lip injection lip gloss and I can't get it out. I think a better design would be a solid moulded piece made of silicone rather than a plastic stick with a rubber or silicone spatula head stuck on the end. If it were 1 solid piece this can't happen. Plus the lip gloss sized one got stuck in the lip gloss tube. So I think its not universal or some lip gloss tubes are smaller than this was made for. I will reorder a smaller set n see how that goes. My advice if it seems tight to get in in it probably will get stuck comin out. Not that I necessarily forced it in but it seemed a lil hard.

    This spatula was able to scoop out tons of product at the bottom of my moisturizer bottle!! I would recommend this product simply because there was no other way I could get the rest of the moisturizer out. It paid for itself in one use, easily.

    I have a few tips on how to use this. First, I would suggest scooping out your product on an as-needed basis. My first time using this guy I thought "there's not much left in my bottle, I'll just scoop it out and put it in a smaller container." That was a big mistake because the spatula got a TON of product out and I ended up having three smaller containers of the scooped out product instead of just the one bigger original container. Second, I would suggest not flipping your product upside down, especially if your product is square shaped. I initially flipped my moisturizer over in hopes of just pulling the product out with the spatula, but because my product was square the spatula actually could not reach any of the moisturizer. I wish the handle was more flexible but once I flipped the container back right side up I was able to scoop out the product.
