I have only just set these up and at the starting gate, seem great! I bought 30" black after measuring and reading length reviews. We'll see how long the bulb life is as other reviewers have mentioned short life. But for now they look good. The are sturdy and put out a perfect amount of light. I have a one car carport and back stairs that had absolutely no light and these provide ample illumination to see my way up my back stairs, but they are not so bright that they are blinding. I have them set up on my back wrought iron wall/gate so had to sort of rig the strand to provide enough extra length which I can easily undo in order to open and walk through the gate portion. That's a bit odd, but hopefully will work for me. I'll take a night photo and post later. I also bought a timer (different company since review on this brand were not very good) with a remote so the bulb life can hopefully be extended by not being on all night. 2 extra bulbs are a nice bonus. I would by again.
