      I needed the 2023 balloons specifically, EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. OF. THEM. ripped at the valve, the part where it attaches to the ballon, not when the nozzle goes into the balloon. After the first one ripped, I decided to use a paper straw and manually blow them up and hang them instead, NOPE, it still ripped!! Absolutely terrible quality. Unfortunately, today is the party, so reordering from someone else will be pointless.
