Having tried other spot patches when these are unavailable, but without seeing the same beneficial effects, this brand has become a trusted staple in my skin care routine (when needed).

They are ideal for overnight use - I've never woken up to any on my pillow or missing - but I've also worn whilst at work (on bare skin for approx. 8 hours) and very few people have noticed, or at least haven't felt the need to comment.

They do work best on a spot that’s come to a head as it’s easier to draw out the impurities closer to the skin

I can wear them overnight and they have not come off once and I’m almost done with my first pack
As for wearing under makeup, they are visible under makeup as would be expected as they’re very smooth and don’t match natural skin texture but it’s doable if staying home or if you don’t care if people see them
They are virtually invisible on bare skin which is amazing and they’re extremely easy to use and the instructions are very easy to follow
