Some are for different brushing reasons. Bottom line: this is a well- made excellent toothbrush. I purchased three of them for grandchildren.

    So far it's great. I've had it about 3 months with no issues so far. A light will glow red indicating if you're pressing to firmly, or green if you're giving the right amount of pressure while prishing. Head is easily removable to allow a water rinse to avoid any nasty build up. Charge lasts about a week before needing to recharge, which will be indicated by a light on the device. Comes with a great travel case and two heads depending on if you want a firm or soft brush head. I'd recommend this.

    My teeth have never felt cleaner, and this toothbrush fit all my needs. I have always used a plastic handheld toothbrush, but after many sighs from my dentist cleaner, I felt it was time to try this. I have tried the cheap electric toothbrushes that are like $20, but this one is sufficient for my needs. I don’t think the more expensive toothbrush that can connect to an app is worthwhile unless you are required by your dentist to get it. This one has a lot of power, and I can feel the plaque go away immediately after I use the toothbrush and follow the 1.5-2min countdown. I definitely have less plaque overall, and I really like it. The charge seems to last a long time. A full week at minimum (that’s when I used it after opening it without charging it myself). It did come somewhat charged which was convenient. I will say I have no idea the battery as it only gives a red light warning when the battery is low. Might need to check instruction manual to double check how long it takes to charge&batyery life. Would recommend buying when it’s on sale, at least that’s what I did!

    This toothbrush is great and checks all the boxes that a good electric toothbrush should. It has great battery life, it vibrates every 30 seconds to let you know it's time to switch areas of your mouth, and it has made my dental health better in the long run.

    The brush head itself has one small design flaw that bugs me. There is a hole for airflow that connects from the top to the bottom of the head. This makes it so that you can't create suction with the brush to keep toothpaste in your mouth. I find myself having to keep my head straight or angled up slightly, or else toothpaste will get all over me. I haven't had this issue with other brushes in the past that don't have this odd design choice.

    Overall, it's a small price to pay for better dental health! Do yourself a favor and get an electric toothbrush.

    I had previously been using the Oral-b 1000 for the past 5+ years. I saw a decent deal on the iO Series 3 and figured it might be worth the upgrade. What a difference. My 1000 was rotating brush, the Series 3 moves so fast there is no rotation - it just buzzes like a hummingbird in your mouth!

    I haven't really fooled around with the different settings, to be honest I haven't read the manual so I have no idea what the flashes mean/what setting I'm on. The green light for the pressure notice was interesting, cuz my first go the light was lit the entire time so it seems like I have to work on my brushing :P

    It came with two heads, a carrying case and case for the heads. I'll use the travel case, but the case for the heads seems excessive.

    All in all well worth the purchase. We only get one set of permanent teeth, so put the investment and time into taking care of them!
