This whiskey smoker kit is the PERFECT GIFT for your culinary friends and family, as well as those who enjoy a smooth, smoked whiskey. By far, this is the best set I have seen anywhere on the market. The box is brilliant in that it allows you a WIDE VARIETY OF SMOKING OPTION, not just for your drinks, but for cheeses, and meats, and seafood. The process is simple. Just put the item you want to smoke in the box, hook up the tubing, and you are good to go! The box comes with detailed instructions, a box to store any parts or pieces, and everything you need to get started right away, including several boxes of wood chips. Other smokers only allow you to process one individual glass at a time, for example. But this box will smoke whatever you put in it. The box and wooden insert tray are both very well made, and you can tell this kit was designed by someone who enjoys the process, in a way that I have always enjoyed roasting coffee beans, and trying out all different flavors and taste. I highly recommend this kit, and am thrilled to have an opportunity to learn more about the smoking process in the coming days.
