Wonderful Little Journals, (with a hidden folder inside the back cover)
I live, love, love Peter Pauper Press Journals and have been using them for about 15 years. I normally purchase the small ones with the elastic band which keeps the journal closed and protects the pages. It's the perfect size for putting in my purse and it is my everything book. I write my to do lists, my budgets, keep receipts or important papers in the inside folder. The books are seriously nice quality. Even if you were to tear a page out, you wouldn't find other pages falling out from the binding. The covers are sturdy as are the elastics. One note. I've been purchasing these for many years and I've noticed something change in recent years I'm not thrilled about. Up until about 4-5 years ago, you could find the really beautiful covers on the small elastic bound books as well as the full sized ones. Now I find that the small journals have really just basic art of either plants, butterflies or birds. The beautiful covers you find on the larger ones aren't offered on the smaller journals anymore and that is sad. I'm not quite sure why the won't offer the same elegant covers on a smaller journal that people can can carry with them.

The books are seriously nice quality. Even if you were to tear a page out, you wouldn't find other pages falling out from the binding. The covers are sturdy as are the elastics.
