  • Yes, it can be used on any hair type. For thicker, coarser hair texture, section more thoroughly. For curly hair, remove powders with a blow dryer (vs. fingers or brush, which will deconstruct the curl).

Love this product, BUT....
I absolutely LOVE this dry shampoo for my normal hair and for my human hair wigs. However, even though it smells extremely nice and fresh, the level of smell can be a little over powering and hit you in the face pretty strong. It's mainly due to the fact that A LOT sprays out at once just by barely pressing down the spray nozzle, and with this (not just because of the price) a little goes a long way. My boyfriend can't stand it. He thinks it smells horrible and doesn't like when I use it. After a couple minutes the strong smell calms down and it's much better, though. As far as taking away oils, I think it works extremely well for both my real hair and my human hair wigs in-between washes. Although this is an extremely pricey bottle for the size you get, it's definitely worth every penny! Plus, like I was lucky enough to come across this last time, it does tend to go on sale quite often. I highly recommend at least trying this once!!

    I have fine hair that goes from looking freshly showered to stringy oily in less than 24 hours. I have been trying to wash my hair less, and have tried a ton of dry shampoos.     I’ve bought this multiple times after seeing a recommendation by the blow dry professor on you tube. It is a good product but not my favorite.     This is my favorite dry shampoo hands down. I tried cheaper brands in hopes it would do the same trick but nothing has compared yet. I love the smell, it isn’t too strong but smells fresh. It actually looks it cleans my hair and restores volume without leaving a residue feeling. The large bottle lasted me for at least a few months and I use it daily. It doesn’t take a lot of product to achieve the purpose of taking away that greasy look, volume, and leaves a nice scent behind. Will remain my go to dry shampoo

    This is my HG product! I have tried so many different dry shampoo's in an effort to find the best at a good price point. Living Proof is a bit on the higher cost side, but worth every penny.

    I wash every 3-4 days, I have color treated dry hair, oily scalp. This is absorbs oil and allows a fresh look each day without feeling like I have a ton of build-up after use.

    The smell is fresh and not overwhelming. No fake flowery beachy smells like many of the rest. I spray this directly on my brush and apply it to my hair to avoid concentrated spray spots. This blends well and leaves my hair looking fresh between washes.
