    I keep it in the car for times I need it. I have emergency blankets too. But this is for comfort and, if needed, emergency. One star off for the color bleeding a lot on first washes. Reasonable feel, for the price, in thickness which provides warmth, and it won’t weigh you down. If I had another compression bag, this would work well with one of those. But there’s no reason, except accidentally staining your other clothing etc in the washer (definitely wash separate, but at least you can), that it can’t be a throw in the apartment or house. For the price I bought it at, I think it’s durable within reason.
