I ordered two of these chairs & when they were delivered, one was dark wood & one was blonde. I contacted the seller & sent photos. They reached out to me the next day & sent me the correct chair immediately without charging me the shipping before I had even re-packaged the wrong one. It was supposed to arrive in a week but it came in 2 days! Just in time for my Holiday Weekend guests. Yay! The customer service rep had it sent FedEx Express! Very cool of her. I printed out the return label & sent the wrong chair back at no charge to me. The chair is lovely & the “linen” color choice is actually linen fabric & not velvet like the others. I scotch guarded it without any issues. It’s a great small chair for small spaces.
