These towels are a medium weight large bath towel. I wanted something larger than standard towels but not overly heavyweight & these are perfect. Anytime I get new towels I always wash before use & these had the new "fuzz" on them as expected. Wash before using them & you'll need to clean your dryer lint trap after drying. Aside from that these towels are pretty good, just the right size for a bit larger person like me and doesn't give me a headache when wrapped around my hair like other heavy weight towels.
Would have been 5 stars but they were shipped in just plastic. That would have been fine had it been sturdier plastic material but it was fragile and had ripped open exposing the towels to everything. I was lucky they were all still together. Extra star goes to USPS for keeping my fragile package from falling completely apart 👏👏👏
