Im so happy with my purchase. I love that it has different vibrating setting and heat and that you can use it separately or at the same time. I don’t even need to use high heat, I keep it at 40. And the vibrating massage I sometimes go high when I have cramps. You really do not need to keep this one for a long time. I also use it on my lower back. I don’t like to take medicine often so I usually deal with aches, but this definitely alleviates my aches for sure!! Battery life is pretty good and I usually have enough for a second use on my next cycle. I usually only cramp the first day of my cycle or the second heavy day.
