Missing seal
Can’t use because I am missing the seal and I’m not waiting to send it back and to get a new one so I’m stuck with something useless

I have recieved this product twice now.
The first time, I recieved it without the stopper cap, which renders the product useless. And damaged packaging.
(This is supposed to be a Christmas present)
So I did a return, which was efficient and easy.
And have just recieved, what I believe is exactly the one I returned. Taped up, but now completely broken off. And still no stopper cap.
I will say that the hot water bottle is adorable. It is so soft and my mom would have loved it if it wasn't completely useless without the cap.
