I wanted these for a long time and finally just bought them! I was using foil or parchment paper to line my cookie sheet. They fit perfectly in my cookie sheet! Food doesn't stick to these and I don't have to use Pam! I honestly don't know how I made it without these! We have cooked everything on these. I've never put them in the dishwasher so I'm not sure if they would hold up! All I use is a little soap and water and they are ready for the next time I need them.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from these, when I ordered them, I was just looking for silicone mats. But when I got these, they are wonderful. I baked sourdough chocolate chip cookies on them and they didn’t stick like they do parchment paper. They’re the perfect size to place in a cookie sheet and cover it all. I guess my cookie sheets are smaller than most because these overlap just a little bit at the top. But like I said the cookies didn’t stick. They didn’t burn so that’s a plus for me. I think if I could give these more than five stars, I would.

No complaints I use these almost every day and they are great for oven use.

I have used a silpat ones in the past but it was damaged, this is nearly as good I remember the silpat one feeling a bit more durable but this is holding up great, the silpat was folded by someone when putting it away and it cracked. I roll these and they are good.
