So these are actually better than I expected. The brackets are pretty solid and it comes with everything you need for basic installation. I wouldn't recommend putting super heavy items on these. But honestly, the price I purchased these for would be the same as brackets alone. The wood is very light, similar to balsa almost but not quite. These are rough and textured, glued together, and have a slightly weathered feel. I don't know if you can stain or seal them but it might be possible. Overall, good for what I wanted them for (Funko and fandom collection)
