    Saw someone use this on a stream and ordered one for another family member, but he didn't like it since it blows straight into his ears, so I am using it myself. I actually really enjoy this during my morning getting-ready routine. I sweat easily and with the summer temps hitting (but not quite high enough to turn on the AC all day) it's hard to keep my face from becoming slick with sweat as I put on make-up etc. I put this on level 2 and it keeps me cool enough that my face doesn't sweat and when I do sprays they dry quicker without me having to fan myself. Full sized fans are much stronger but you can't walk around with them which I do a lot while getting ready. I also tried having this on while I blow dried my hair which always makes me sweat. It isn't as effective for that since the fan also starts blowing out warm air. A regular fan is definitely a much better choice in this case.

    The fan is pretty quiet in the first 2 levels IF you're not the person wearing it. The 3rd level sounds like a regular usb fan at medium setting. As you are wearing this on your neck near your ears it sounds much louder. It does also blow straight into my ears so I have to listen to the sound of wind over the duration of using this. Not really a huge deal for short periods but I wouldn't be able to use this all day. I can get a break from that by adjusting the fan sideways for a bit - just temporarily though as that position isn't balanced nor is it as effective for cooling. I think it would've been better if the direction of the wind was designed to be adjustable. Then I could adjust it to blow inwards at my jaws or even neck rather than at my ears.

    I charged it to full upon receipt and have used this over short periods this week without needing to recharge it, and I'm still at over 50% power.

    Overall I'm pretty happy with this especially for the conveniences it's brought to my morning routine.

    This azure blue wearable neck fan is rechargeable (comes with USB C charging cable) and the fan has 20 outlets to blow air toward your neck and face. It takes about 2.5-3 hours to get a full charge (indicated on the LED display located on the right side of the device), and will operate between 3 and 10 hours depending on the speed it's set at:
    - Low: 10 hours
    - Medium: 6 hours
    - High: 3 hours

    There are definitely some benefits as it is portable and chargeable so it can be taken anywhere. It is attractive and will likely draw a lot of attention. It is bladeless so you don't have to worry about your hair or clothing getting caught in the blades. I really like the display - when you choose a speed setting, after a few seconds the display will indicate the battery charge. I use this to decide what speed I want to use depending on how long I want to use it. It does push enough air to keep you cool, but even on the highest setting it is a fairly gentle breeze.

    A couple issues with this device are that it is not truly adjustable. The back is made of a pliable plastic and can be opened, but it doesn't stay open. Therefore this device is best for someone with a smaller neck. Also, although the fan is relatively quiet, on the highest setting right next to your face, I find the noise a bit too much, especially if I am trying to talk to someone or hear something. If you are sunning yourself and reading a book it's ok and it is fine if you are wearing noise cancelling headphones.

    This will be your new best friend on long excursions. If you're out traveling, walking around a city in the heat or going all day at a theme park you will be all set. You'd be surprised how much more stamina you can get from cooling yourself down just a few degrees with one of these fans.

    There are three fan settings to choose from. The more powerful the setting, the faster you'll use up the battery. on the highest setting you could use it for about 3 hours as advertised. The fan setting and the battery percentage are displayed on a screen when you press the button, which is a handy feature.

    This is a one size fits most sort of deal, but is adjustable somewhat - the instructions show you how you can bend the back piece wider. I'm a bigger person and it fit me fine.

    The fans blow air on the front of your neck, up the sides of your face and under your ears, as well as up the nape of your neck, all areas where you would start overheating.

    If you want to be out all day in the sun at some event, you really want to have fans like this, they make a big difference on the level of fatigue you will feel.

    This fan is worth it for the price in my opinion.
