    I have been using the abdomen part of this for castor oil packs on my lower belly. I first washed the item in an unscented detergent and let air dry. I then apply the castor oil over the affected area and apply this wrap. It has 2 Velcro straps and stays well! I have no complaints. There is a small zipper pouch for a heating pad, however I don’t have one that would fit. I do, however, apply my regular heating pad overtop if I’m laying down relaxing. I can sleep all night with this pack on, and it may move around a bit but not too bad for all my tossing and turning. Recommend!

    Castor oil seems to be the latest trend. Many people apply it using these castor oil packs that allow you to use a significant amount of castor oil without getting it everywhere. This particular pack does that job quite well. You can apply one to your waist and the other to your neck so the oil can be absorbed overnight. They are washable, too. I going they stayed in place and didn't leak. They worked as I expected and were not uncomfortable.

    Made with thoughtful design and high quality, this kit is so convenient to use. Double layered with interior layer soft and absorbent, they are comfortable to wear and the intimate touch of the skin doesn’t cause irritation or discomfort at all. The fit is great with the length being adjustable. With this set in hand, my castor oil treatment goes so smoothly.

    I absolutely love that this comes with a zipper pouch on the inside, as I have been getting some major cramps in my stomach and lower back area. Whenever I start cramping I use this along with a cold gel pack inside of the pouch and strap it on to my waist. It has been a game changer for me!
