UPDATE: I added a video since we’ve had some drops out of the car seat on to the driveway, and lots of chewing and tugging on the straw from a teething toddler. It does leak small drops of water when held directly upside down now from the wear and tear on the straw, but it never claimed to be 100% spill proof, only spill resistant, so it doesn’t change my opinion on the quality and value of this water bottle whatsoever. If anything, it’s held up better than I could’ve hoped for with all the love it gets from my son.

If you have thumb trouble, it’s hard to get the straw cap off and back into the cup. I always have my bf do it for me bc it just is a pain in the butt.
