I use this desk treadmill for my daily walks here in Hawaii (see photo, lol), and it’s been such a great addition to my routine! It functions really well and was super easy to set up. I usually walk at 3 mph, but it definitely has the capability to go faster if you want more of a workout. I also love that it comes with a remote control. So if my coworker knocks on the door, I can easily pause my walk and step down to address whatever needed. One of my favorite things is how lightweight and portable it is—I can move it by myself and easily store it vertically behind my office door when I’m not using it. Great for staying active without taking up a lot of space!
