These hot pads are very useful and look amazing.
This is an update... you CAN NOT throw these in the washing machine! I first put one in the washer and then dryer and it shrunk to about half the original size. Thinking it was just the fact that I put it in the dryer I figured I'd just wash the next one and air dry it. Nope it shrunk too.

These are absolutely adorable
So, I have a macramé trivet from about 40 years ago. I have no idea where I acquired it and it's kind of ugly, but I love it and have some weird attachment to it. I was looking for additional "folky" looking holders. I purchased these in green, and as you can see the green pack is 3 different green hues - all great. They all look good in my forest green kitchen. They are heat resistant, don't unravel, and hold their color. They are so cute!

One of the three pads has a defect in the braid noticeable on both sides. It’s going to used under a planter so it’s not an issue. The color is gray, but in MY pic it appears tan. Heat resistance is not important for me & I only plan to surface clean when needed so I cannot comment on how they’ll hold up to machine wash & dry. They are very cute & different than any other braided pads that I have. I’m happy with purchase, but I thought a little too pricy.
