This safe seems very sturdy and secure. I can't speak to how fireproof it is, but it was fairly easy to set up and it definitely gives me some ease of mind that my valuables are safe while I'm away. The safe easily fits my letter sized documents with enough room for plenty of other items.
The only difficult part about setting it up was figuring out how to open the key area which was basically step 1 of setup. There weren't any good instructions or videos on how to do this so I'm including a photo in my review to show how to open it. You just need to press very firmly on the bottom portion of the key area to open the plastic cover. After that, setup is a breeze!
