I am a 18w in jeans and the XXL fit exactly the way I wanted them to, nice and snug. The inseam is quite short and the bib doesn't come up very high. The denim is thin and stretchy. Also, real pockets! Keep in mind also the distressed patches aren't merely on the surface but holes that go all the way through. The straps have a nice little loop to keep them together.
