“Error message E-10” . I followed all troubleshooting steps and even gave it a few days thinking it might be a break-in period—nope, still the same issues. The walking belt constantly shifts to one side, and the display flickers like it’s barely holding on.
The worst part? Customer service. I reached out multiple times via email and chat—no response for days. When someone finally replied, they gave me a vague, copy-pasted answer and never followed up. I asked about a return or replacement and was met with silence. Now I’m stuck with a faulty treadmill and zero support
