PaperLike has always been the best. Then when they introduced nano dot tech with V2, the difference was night and day. V2.1 steps it up even further with a thinner material that’s even less fuzzy. Their nano dot tech is truly what sets them apart and isn’t just marketing. This is the only screen protector I recommend to photographers/designers. Simply because it has the least affect on brightness, clarity, and color compared to any other matte screen protector. It’s genuinely like the matte finish you used to be able to pay more for on older MacBook pros, and can still get on the current Apple Studio Displays. I don’t use the Apple Pencil, most reviews are about how the screen protector feels when writing. I haven’t tested/don’t care about that. I purely care about display quality and clarity, and this screen protector does that better than anything else out there. Now, is it $5-$10 too expensive? Yes. But I’m so happy with it that the money spent is forgettable. Also as for installation, it was as easy as can be. It obviously requires some skill, but they go above and beyond to include supplies and tutorials to make it easy. To those complaining about installation, what do you expect? The CEO of PaperLike to show up at your house and install it for you? Short of that, there’s nothing they can do to make it easier. I installed mine perfectly first try. Just go slow and follow the instructions.

Love the texture, scratches easily, difficult to install
So I've had this iPad for nearly 7 years now and I'm a medical student. Before this, I had a cheaper matte screen protector that was supposed to be similar to paper-like. And I've had it on there for nearly the entire time I've had the iPad. It got me through my master's and I take notes on it religiously and use this iPad a lot. I noticed it was time to finally replace it so I decided to go for the product that seemed to be super popular... Paperlike. I've had it for about 3 days and it's already scratched a ton and you can see the words that I've written on the iPad screen itself which is pretty insane. I find that I push but I don't push that hard. I do press harder as the day goes on because my hands are tired... but regardless, I feel like this is sort of unacceptable given that I've only had it on the iPad for the 3 days. The installation was far harder than any other screen protector I've put on my phone or my iPad before. And I wound up with one screen 1 cm bubble toward the center due to dust and then a really microscopic one also due to dust and then around 5-6 around the edges due to dust or the air just won't come out. And I watched the video like 3-4x to make sure I'd do it properly. For $40... I feel like this shouldn't be an issue. Or I guess $20 per screen protector since it comes with two of them. But if I had screwed up, it would have been like $20 down the drain. I love the friction on it and prefer it over my last one. It's far grippier and I know it'll wear down my apple pencil tip more... but I hope it doesn't make the display useless after only a month or so.

Probé a tomar notas sobre la pantalla con el Pencil y resbalaba mucho, entonces miré a ver si había en el mercado algo y encontré estos paper like. Hay que destacar que es una lámina de plástico la cual no puedes apretar con todas tus fuerzas, para escribir no hace falta apretar.
La instalación fue muy fácil, repito muy fácil, siguiendo las instrucciones de su video. Trae todo lo necesario para hacer una óptima instalación. Tiene margen en los bordes para poder colocar una carcasa y no despegar la lámina.
Aquellos que les cuesta mucho mejor que se lo hagan otras personas más hábiles.
Sí que resta calidad de imagen, habrá gente que no le preocupe restar calidad de imagen pero se nota cierto grado de niebla en algunos colores. En mi caso tendré que valorar si prefiero calidad de imagen o poder escribir mejor sobre la pantalla.
El producto es muy bueno y sirve perfectamente para su cometido, si se cuida durará tiempo.
