It is easy to manipulate to fit my neck, is very comfortable to wear and has a flexible rod inside which ensures it keeps it’s bend. I also use it when sitting outside in a Muskoka Chair for lower back support. I do daily leg stretches and it props up the back of my ankles nicely. It comes with a washable cover which goes in with my regular laundry. The pillow is travel friendly: I make it cylindrical and toss it in my tote bag.

This is not a pillow with any give. It has very thick, dense foam and cannot be used for everything. It is comfy when used in certain chairs, but I think if I cared enough I could buy a better one to suit my needs (mainly neck support for reading). Because it's so dense, you can't squish it down to size - so this may take up too much room if traveling. I have gotten used to it and have decided I like it, but it could have a lot more softness or squishiness to it.

The soft case is very nice though, and I like the snap button loop on the ends to help keep it together and smaller in storage.
