This nesting fruit toy is actually so adorable. It’s great quality and should last us a long time. Each one is pretty easy to take apart and put together, my 3 year old has no issues. I got it for the new baby but I would say that until around 2 they might need help to open and close them. But matching and fine motor skills are great to develop using this toy. It also comes on the go with us easily. Very easy to clean and wipe down with wipes as well. You can see the size in the photo. Great buy and I would get it again. It would also make a nice gift on a baby registry or birthday gift!

La boîte contient 5 fruits en plastique (ananas, poire, citron, fraise, raisin) qui s'emboîtent les uns dans les autres, du plus petit au plus grand, à la manière des poupées russes appelées matriochkas et qui respectent les couleurs des fruits.
Chaque fruit présente une double face où figurent les yeux et la bouche dans des expressions contraires : joie et tristesse, honte et sérénité, excitation et calme.
Le créateur de ce jouet a bien compris que les yeux et la bouche sont les attributs essentiels qui reflètent nos émotions avec le plus d'intensité et il s'est sans doute inspiré des "émoticônes" de nos ordinateurs.
Ces fruits vont aider l'enfant à décrypter les expressions du visage et à développer son apprentissage des émotions. Ils l'aideront également dans la préhension des objets et l'évaluation des textures (lisses, rugueuses…). Ils faciliteront sa capacité à ranger ses jouets.
