Soft but doesn't last - 2024
OBSERVATION- As someone with 4c hair, I wanted to find a scrunchie that has enough stretch and doesn't snag my hair when I try to remove it. I looked at a few reviews and decided to purchase the product.PROS-When I put on the scrunchie, it feels like I didn't put it in my hair (if that makes sense). In other words, I could put the scrunchie in my hair and wrap it around twice, and there would be no tension or tug at my hair strands.- It's incredibly easy to take off from my 4c hair. It slips right off.CON- This scrunchie does NOT last long. I purchased this a month ago, and the seams of the scrunchie are already exposed, showing frays of the fabric. I won't be able to use it for long because there won't be satin fabric to cover the hair tie.UPDATE:Customer service reached out to me regarding my review above. They were very helpful in ensuring that all of their products were of high quality. They sent me another batch, and I hope there aren't any frays. I decided to add a star back for their prompt customer service.
