I will say though, the red marker is hard to clean if left dry on board for too long, but it doesn't stick if you really scrub it with cleaning spray. Also, while the sides do chip easily (a complaint I've seen in other reviews as well), if you can get pst the slight aesthetic annoyance, the board still works perfectly fine so it really isn't too big a deal.
