Suggested use

Before each spray, shake can well. Hold can six to 10 inches away from dry hair. Lift a section of hair and apply root to tip. Tousle hair with your fingers. Repeat until desired style is achieved, shaking can between each spray. Spray on finished styles for extra texture and hold.     Can not tell you whether this product is good or not. You press down on the top to make the product spray but this sprayer is IMPOSSIBLE to make work. I pushed and pushed but could not make it spray. I took both hands and aimed it in my sink and with all my strength pushed down on the top and it finally sprayed. When you are styling your hair you want products that are easy to use. I don’t know what Living Proof was thinking in designing a dispenser that is so so difficult to work. In the trash can.
