These came at the perfect time! I was having cramps so I slapped one on. It took a couple minutes to heat up but once it was warm, it definitely offered relief.
The adhesive lasted for over 12 hours (that’s when I took it off after I woke up as I noticed it wasn’t hot anymore).
It’d be nice if they were reusable.
I have to agree with another reviewer- there’s definitely some magic ingredients in these that helped me and offered relief.
If you’re on the fence just buy them they are worth it when you need it!

I prefer the small size over the large size because the rectangle shape better fits the area I need vs. the U shape of the large size. The adhesion wears off a few hours in so I have experienced these falling off my clothes. I recommend finding a couple pairs of shorts that work well and making sure those are clean when that time of the month arrives! The heat lasts for a few hours, which is very ideal. These have gotten me through some really tough days, especially the times where I can’t bear to leave the house but I have some sort of commitment that day. I stock up and make sure I always have these on hand!!
