*Connect the Lightning Digital AV Adapter which requires additional power to the device's Lightning connector, then use an HDMI cable to link it.
Android Phone/Tablet Connection:If YOTON Android device supports HDMI out, you only need to purchase an additional Type-C to HDMI adapter.
*Plug the USB-C end into YOTON phone/tablet and connect the HDMI connector to the mini projector for media transfer.

1. Why can't I play Netflix/Hulu/Prime Video videos on this mini projector?
Please notice that some streaming services do NOT support screen mirroring due to copyright protections. You can hook up a streaming stick like Fire TV Stick or Roku Stick to the projector via HDMI port or use HDMI Cable to connect PC/Laptop to stream on the phone projector.
2. Why is there no sound when playing video?
Most projectors on the market do not support Dolby audio. If there is no sound, please check if Dolby Audio is turned off. Besides, some files encoded by Dolby/AC3/DTS may not be able to play sound due to copyright issues.
You can turn off Dolby audio on the streaming media like Netflix: Settings > Display & Sounds > Audio > Dolby Digital Output > Dolby Digital (OFF)
3. Why can't my flash drive be recognized when I insert it to the mini projector?
Please check the Hardware Interface of YOTON flash drive. The phone projector features a USB 2.0 interface, and only supports USB 2.0 USB flash drive with memory less than 64GB(interface color: black). USB 3.0 USB flash drive is not supported(interface color: blue).
4. What should I do if the screen shows "no signal"?
Please note that you need to select the appropriate signal [HDMI] or [USB] after connecting YOTON device to the video projector. If it shows "no signal" at the beginning, you can select the [Back] key on the remote control to return to the main menu and re-select the signal YOTON.
5.When connecting the Firestick with Y3 Phone projector, do we need to provide additional power to the Firestick?
The HDMI and USB interfaces on the YOTON Y3 mini projector are specially set at a certain distance to facilitate you to plug the Firestick directly into the projector. This is one of YOTON's advantages. The distance between the two interfaces of most projectors is very close, which makes the use of TV sticks inconvenient.
*Please plug the power port into the USB interface of the YOTON mini projector.
6. What should I do if there is a black spot on the screen?
Since projectors are not sealed, it is common for dust to enter the lens through the vents or speakers. You can contact YOTON official support to get the cleaning video of YOTON mini projector.

This projector is great quality and is very easy to setup. I wish I could rate it 5 stars but it basically only works to stream YouTube, no Netflix/Hulu/Prime which is very disappointing. I wish I had researched more thoroughly! **EDIT** The seller promptly reached out to me to make this right. Changing review to 5 stars based on the great customer service.

So I got this on sale for $50. At that price I have to say its a great bargain! I works well enough, clarity and brightness are not going to match up to my $900 projector obviously, or even my $200 projector, but for $50 can't really complain! Honestly, projection angle has to be pretty much straight on, and lights had to be dimmed. Yes the projector has adjustments for angle and keystone, but when you use them everything gets blurry. Once again though, remember it was only $50! Sound is actually pretty decent considering as well! Pretty clear and fairly loud, not a lot of bass but the speaker is tiny so I wouldn't expect that. I bought this to make a cheap little "movie theater" in the sunroom for my youngest daughter to play with during the summer for when she wanted to sleep/play outside (in the sunroom) or have sleepovers with her friends. I think its going to work awesome :)

It have a good size, it is portable, the speaker built-in is fine. However, we bought the projector to use it mainly with my Samsung A54 but it does not work. I tried with HDMI to USB-C adapter but nothing. I have a Google Pixel 8a phone and it works pretty fine. I had to return it.
