Firstly, I must say this is THE PERFECT extra-large decorative planter - indoor or outdoor. My only regret is why I didn't buy these years ago! I have thrown my back too many times to count trying to move those super heavy concrete/stone large outdoor planters or heavy indoor potted plants/trees, too impatient to wait for hubby and then regretting it instantly of course. This is so light - even filled with soil - and very pretty. Lovely medium-dark NEUTRAL espresso color with embossed pattern. Great price, great quality, great idea.
Secondly, if you were to contact this particular seller for any reason or issue, it will be a most refreshing change to say the least, from what has unfortunately become the norm. I order a LOT of products online from various sources and if there's a problem I absolutely dread the next steps. The endless back and forth communication going nowhere can be so ridiculous - I have two right now that should be so simple but of course not. Cringe-worthy, stressful, frustrating, time-consuming ....
The first planter arrived damaged because the shipping box was all caved in. Which would be hard to do by the way, cos this is a VERY sturdy item. I mean someone must have run over the box with a truck. THROUGH NO FAULT OF THE SELLER, this is a solely a third party shipping co. issue. I contacted the seller through Amazon and after one photo and a brief description, the new replacement planter is already in my house. Did not need to ship back damaged. Wish they could all be this easy. Its the little daily things and this made me so happy. Thank you!
