    I bought this product because I did not like a similar product sold by another manufacturer. That product used monk fruit and I think the taste of the Monk fruit overpowered the taste of the strawberry so it left a kind of weird aftertaste. When I saw that this product did not use Monk fruit I thought yes! this is what I want! So I get it and discover this is not at all what I wanted. What I got is weak strawberry flavor and just a hint of sweetness. I don’t know the proportions that are used in producing this product, but whatever is they need to raise the amount of both ingredients by quite a bit. I did a blind test with my wife and a couple of my neighbors where they tasted, blindfolded, this product, a Smuckers product and the other product I had bought previously with Monk fruit as a sweetener. This product came in last for both taste and texture by all three people. For all three, the word used to describe this product was “weak” with regard to taste and “watery” with regard to texture. So my advice to people who want to stay consistent with the keto lifestyle is: keep searching.
