It is well made but the links are rounded vs more angular. The coating that is on it kind of takes away from it a bit, but it is coated in gold over brass. I get why they did it. Overall I really like the design of the pendant. The whole idea of both of the chains is great. The little gift boxes it comes is adorable and there is even a little envelope with a card for gift giving. They even enclosed a polishing cloth.

I was expecting this necklace to look a bit cheap for the price point and to be honest it does not look cheap at all. It is now a staple that I wear every day as part of my accessories. I am very sensitive to fake jewelry and this has not given me an allergy at all. I have also worn this necklace in the ocean in a pool in the shower and I have slept with it and it has not tarnished at all And it seems it will hold up for a long time. Definitely recommend.

The necklace is nice looking. It was expensive looking. It did get tangle in my hair.
I was careful in using it. I would take it off at the end of the day, sometimes I would shower with it.
There was one time I sort of forgot I had it on and I was a bit sweaty. When I got home I was surprised to see it had turned my neck green. I was disappointed. The necklace itself dit not change color. I did wear them again but did not make my neck green. But then another time it did. So I could not say when it would turn my neck green or not. But the fact is, it did.
The chain necklace did not make my neck green. It was the longer one that did. I also used the chain necklace as a bracelet.
