      This review is for the fishing game, not the sensory playmat. I'm super disappointed especially after seeing so many positive reviews of the playmat which is a variation within this listing. The fishing game has a lot of issues. First, it's very cheaply made. One of the fishes belly was ripped open, exposing the stuffing on the inside. It was at this point that I realized the game is a potential choking hazard. The fish contain either squeakers or rattles, which can come out if the fish are torn open, as was the case with one fish here. In addition, the mat is smaller than the listing photos depict. Finally, the Velcro on the end of the fishing rod isn't strong enough which makes the game frustrating for baby to catch anything without dropping it immediately. Could be super cute and fun but unfortunately it's not well made so it doesn't work out as a fun activity.

      This fishing game for toddlers is just ok. The concept is great, but the quality of the product is lower than I was hoping for. Some of the pieces feel cheap and the stitching isn’t very strong on the fish and other animals. The fishing rod is kind of lame and doesn’t do a great job picking up the fish, but still somewhat works. The stacking cups are pretty basic.

      The best part about this fishing game is that it doubles as a carry bag and is great for travel. When laid out as a mat, it’s colorful and padded. It provides a nice, soft playing surface. I’m sure the kids will end up just squishing and tossing around the sea creatures more than trying to fish, but as long as it keeps them busy, I’m fine with that.

      This 'ARCTURINE' set includes a cute (and soft) play mat (with colorful alphabet design); along with many soft plush toys for learning and play.

      I am really impressed with the play mat and the toys, as they're bright and fun; and each toy is soft to the touch-and has many unique shapes and designs. There's also some crinkly feeling to the mat, which provides some sensory touch.

      The mat is easy to take along places, and stores the toys that are included; even has handles for simple carrying. I think this is a great toyset for babies (and even young toddlers too), and is okay for babies ages 6 months and up to use.

      As a caregiver, I see this being a very nice and durable playset for younger children; provides fun and engaging play, while also introducing educational ideas. This is easy to keep clean, and is able to be washed; which is great, especially with little ones. I think this would be a great gift idea, and is both fun and interactive. Very nice set, and at a reasonable price point (in my personal opinion). I'm very pleased with this product! 😊

      This set comes in a small box and I was bracing myself for disappointment-but it ended up being adorable. There is a small stuffed toy for each letter of the alphabet. The pieces are perfectly sized for small hands. The illustrations are cute and vivid, and each letter includes a word that begins with that letter. This is a great gift for a young child.

      Okay this gets 5 stars from me just because it combines the mat with a storage bag! Love it! You can open up the bag (which is velcroed together) and it becomes a play mat. All of the soft pieces have the word for them written on them, which is an added bonus to the object matching aspect. You can match the item to the picture on the mat, or use it to confirm that you've matched the correct item to the letter it begins with. This can be a fun game played in multiple ways, and all of them encourage the development of language and phonics skills.

      Many of the plush items do have some gaps in the sewing, but not large enough ones to have stuffing falling out of them or to fall apart in general. This flaw wasn't bad enough to cause me to want to deduct any stars from my review, but do keep this in mind.

      Did I mention I absolutely love the bag?! My daughter enjoys carrying this around and can easily put the plush pieces in and take them out without having to completely open the mat. This is an ideal toy for bringing when you will be away from home.
