I was on a mission for a clean body wash in a glass bottle when I came across this jewel. Gnarly stuff can leach from plastic bottles, which contradicts the purpose of using healthier products. Enter Bathing Culture, in all its delightful retro glory! I love the relaxing yet invigorating, balanced, evergreen scent: pure, clean, earthy and takes me back to Big Sur amongst the Redwoods, overlooking the sea. Ahhhh. My kiddo loves it, too, and has zero issues with the scent, soap or glass bottle. Also appreciate their mindfulness in avoiding overused (and endocrine disrupting) ingredients like lavender and tea-tree. Being Castille-based, it isn't the most moisturizing by nature and it does take a few pumps to really get a good lather, but it's worth it because it gets you squeaky clean and in its gorgeous glass vessel, it's simply THE cleanest, purest liquid soap out there. Would love if they could offer an additional scent so big fans like us could rotate our fix a couple times per year. Thank you, Bathing Culture! Love your product.

Cathedral cove scent
This is a very sturdy bottle (it’s glass so yeah), it is also refillable; which I love!I am pretty open to smells, but this scent is really quite strong. I think I need to get used to it. It’s masculine & I usually like stronger scents like this. I would describe it as being a strong pine 🌲 scent. I think I would probably use as a hand wash for Christmas time. And I will def refill it as I love this concept.
