I have been struggling with dry skin during pregnancy and have since tried several different body butters around the $10-15 range that just didn’t work. I had a hard time with the price for this item, so I put off buying it for a while, but am so glad that I finally did. It is 100% worth the price in my opinion. Smells great and feels luxurious in my skin. It is thick, but absorbs easily with a soft smooth hydrating feeling.

This lotion is light and absorbs into the skin. It is also breathable in that it doesn’t trap the heat in the skin if you are outdoors in a hot, humid climate (which I am) The scent of St Barts is definitely tropical rather than perfumery. Think pineapple coconut with a twist. It’s a nice cream however not at this price point. I’m going to be brutally honest, in texture, scent, longevity, creaminess, it is exactly the same as the Hawaiian Tropic Coolada after sun lotion I have and that was a bit of a let down. It also doesn’t provide even the slightest glow or moisturized look. See pic. I bought the 7oz jar and once it’s used I do not see myself splurging on this again.
