After reading several reviews and looking at the pictures of the fit, I decided to get one of these tops. I think they are stylish and cute, but more importantly, if you are doing HIIT type workouts where any type of burpees or planks are involved, a fitted top like this is functional, because it means your t-shirt or tank top doesn't come flying up around your shoulders, or otherwise shift around unnecessarily while lifting weights. I absolutely HATE that, and realized a top like this would solve that problem.
For reference, I am 5'6", ~126 lbs, 36A and 54 yrs old. So, yeah, don't be afraid to rock one of these midriff-bearing tops even if you're a middle-aged post-menopausal woman like me!
I got a size M, which is what I wear in sports bras, and it fit perfectly: snug, arm length good, not too short or long. The material is nice and thick, not see-through, and the construction at the seams is good.
I've worn this top during my jump rope workouts and also under a fleece while walking in temps in the 30's - it was great. If you are smaller chested like I am, you could easily wear it without any type of bra if you were just walking. I do wear it with a sports bra when doing high-impact activities.
When my income situation improves, I will possibly buy another one. Aside from considerations of some exposed skin to sunburn and insects, it would be my choice to wear on my yearly backpacking trips as well: no bunching, riding up or rubbing under a pack.

Just got a gym membership and wanted to look cute to pretend like it was fun to workout and ordered this shirt in red. LOVE it. Makes me feel so confident and like a cool workout girly. There is truly something to be said about the psychological trick that is looking hot while doing something you don't want to do. You can def see sweat through it, but it's not super bad (mostly for me in my armpits but i have hyperhidrosis so maybe that's just for me & my sweaty girls), I recommend a darker color if you're looking to avoid that. I will 100p be buying this shirt in other colors. got a size M and fit as expected. xoxo

I bought these to wear after having brachioplasty. They are great and much more comfortable than the other compression shirts I tried. I am 167lbs and am wearing a size small. The arm compression is perfect. The area at the low forearm and hand was to tight so I just cut it off. I marked where to cut at. The shirts work great and I highly recommend them!

I’ve had this long sleeve workout top for a couple years and I haven’t worn it that many times because it fits odd on me. I am a small frame person, but I do have wider shoulders so it can affect how I fit in tops. Even after sizing up, this shirt is very tight in the shoulders only for me and it causes the neckline to raise and sit/feel very weird. It’s overall pretty uncomfortable and it has a slight itchiness to it. The material thickness is decent, not too thick but not thin. It has nice quality stitching and could look nice on someone with a different build than me

This top was so freaking flattering it hugged the curves I already had and made me look more snatched paired with high waisted leggings! Not gonna lie the material is a tiny bit itchy and I would have sized up since I’m a little wider at top but I think maybe that was user error! Lol otherwise so cute I just placed an order from SHEIN for similar tops if they don’t work out I’m definitely going to purchase this top in more colors and size up!
