- Reviewed in the United States on April 25, 2025Color: BlackVerified PurchaseBough this fan for my bf who is deployed and in high temperatures and this fan is perfect to help keep him cool.
- Reviewed in the United States on April 17, 2025This fan was already charged 94% out of the box. The battery life on the display showed 3 hours on the fastest speed and 10 hours on the slowest speed, and that was not with a 100% charge. With this display, you will always know how much battery life you have remaining.
The small size is convenient for carrying around, and even the slowest speed is powerful enough for me. But you might not want to use this in a quiet place, because it will attract attention. Even the slowest speed has a high-pitched whirring sound.

- Reviewed in the United States on April 1, 2025This little fan is (pleasantly) surprisingly powerful!
My daughter is a student athlete who rows crew, and most of the regattas last all day.
Crew is a year-round sport, so when school starts in August/September, the temperatures here are still in the low 90s, usually until late October.
Sitting in the stands all day in sweltering heat is just as unpleasant as it sounds, lol, which is why I went looking for a portable mini handheld fan... and let me tell you, am I glad I went with this one!
It packs a serious punch for its size, giving me a refreshing blast of air when I needed it most.
With 100 speed settings, you can fine-tune the breeze from a gentle whisper to a strong gust, and the battery lasts impressively long.
The digital display is a really nice touch, because it let's me know exactly how much charge it has left, so I know to turn the power down if I have to conserve it on the days I need it to last all day (which is often, and which it does!).
The price is such a steal, I bought 8 more for the moms of the other girls whose daughter's row in the same 8+ boat with my daughter!
With summer coming around again, I really LOVE how super compact it is.
I can just toss it in my bag and go, making it perfect for travel, the beach... or just surviving all day sweating in the stands as you cheer your kids on in the sweltering heat. 😁
Highly recommend - 5 stars

- Reviewed in the United States on April 27, 2025This high-speed mini turbo handheld fan is a fantastic choice for travel, camping, and everyday use. The 24000RPM motor delivers strong airflow, while the digital display allows for precise speed adjustments.
I love the 100-speed customization, which lets you fine-tune the breeze, and the rechargeable battery ensures up to 13 hours of cooling on a single charge. Plus, the lightweight, pocket-sized design makes it easy to carry anywhere.
- Reviewed in the United States on March 8, 2025When I first received the package, I was surprised as how small the box was. The fan itself is not much larger than the palm of your hand, is pretty light weight, but packs a heavy weight punch when it comes to air flow. It has a built-in battery that is rechargeable with a USB-C cable. Interestingly enough, the fan arrived with its switch turned on so the battery was drained to 0%. I was worried that it would not recover but after charging it for around 4 hours, it was back to 100%. A nice feature of this fan is that there is a small circular led display that displays the current fan speed setting, the current battery % and the run-time left. The great thing is that this display is located right on the exhaust side of the fan outlet so that since this is meant for personal use, it is directly visible (facing you) when you are holding the fan to cool yourself. Fan speed is continuously variable and set by a small thumb wheel and at its highest setting, the output is surprisingly powerful for such a small compact fan (enough to blow sheets of paper off a desktop when held 3ft away). Of course run time at the highest fan speed is down to around 3 minutes when 100% charged, and around 10-11 minutes at its lowest setting (which is still excellent for cooling yourself face and probably the preferred speed for this purpose anyway). Because of the powerful motor, the fan is not particularly quiet even at the lowest speed, and is pretty loud at the highest speed (probably would not want to use this in church or at a funeral 😂). In addition, adding to the noise level is what sounds like a slight bearing throwout sound (not quite a rattling sound but close to it). Despite these minor shortcomings, this is a fantastic compact, easily carried (it comes complete with a small draw-string “velvet” bag and USB-C charging cable) and powerful fan that I can highly recommend. Full 5 star rating.
- Reviewed in the United States on April 27, 2025I got this little fan to use as a blow-dryer for small crafts like jewelry making. There are times when I need to wash or rinse small parts and then dry them quickly. A regular hair dryer is too much power, and even on a low setting, has too much heat. This little handheld fan can be used as a heatless blow-dryer for small parts, making it a perfect solution.
It has a rechargeable battery that lasts pretty long - certainly longer than I need for my use. I would definitely consider bringing this to the beach or an amusement park on a hot day.
Great value for under $20.

5.0 out of 5 stars This thing blows!
I absolutely love this form factor of small, portable, rechargeable fans. This thing can get you cool really quick on a hot day. My favorite aspect of it is definitely the control wheel. On many other similar models sold by other companies, they've opted for a button that toggles speed, making it feel almost like you're fighting against the device just to get the amount of blowing power you want. Not the case with this one by Aopircs! Just scroll up and down and adjust the fan speed on the go, as per your preference!

5.0 out of 5 stars Mini fan that packs some force
Wow, I was so surprised at how compact this unit is. It really can fit in any of my bags, small or large. Comes with its own velvet like carrying pouch. It really is compact. As for its fan speed. Goes from level one all the way up to 100. It really does pack a wind force when you go all the way up to 100. It came precharged to 90%. Notice that when you use the fan at 100 level, it drains that battery super quick. However, I hardly ever use that high of a level. So, battery life for me lasts the whole day using 10 to 20 range levels. Aesthetic is sleek and modern. Looks like a mini hair dryer.

5.0 out of 5 stars Shows time remaining plus battery life! Great little fan, but maybe a little louder than expected.
The media could not be loaded.
In terms of airflow, for such a little fan it's really very good! I was quite impressed with its performance. At high speeds it's not crazy air flow (like an air duster), but it's still very good for something this small. I also want to mention that the fan can actually stand at its handle if using on a flat surface. There is actually a bit of a rubber bottom under the handle to give it some surface friction so the fan doesn't rotate or move. I would say the only downside I have is the noise. Even at low speed there is a little bit of "whine" to the sound, which gets more pronounced as the speed increases. I think it's fine for outdoors use. However, if you want to use it in a quiet environment this is probably not the best fan unfortunately. I also have one small wish, a wrist lanyard would have been nice to have so you can dangle the fan when not in use. Aopircs does provide a nice pouch carrying case though.
Even though I had one complaint about noise, the performance of the Aopircs Portable Fan is still great. I think the noise would only be distracting in a quiet environment. With all its other features though, especially the time remaining counter, I would not hesitate to recommend the Aopircs for anyone looking for a compact portable fan.

4.0 out of 5 stars It's Windy
I'm a fan of fans. When it's sweltering inside or outside the household and I don't want to overwhelm the air conditioning unit there's several ways to cool down. Drinking cold water...and fans. Versatile in use they can perform other tasks aside from cooling, such as removing debris and dust particularly out of tight crevices, and cajoling flames when attempting to ignite a fire for cooking or warmth during camping expeditions, for example.
We have plenty of fans for multiple purposes. I thought it would be a nice addition, a handheld portable fan with generous airflow. Something small, modest yet elegant. This accommodates some of these attributes. It's definitely modest and small. It is advertised on the manufacturers content box with admiration. Opening the container the device is sleeved inside a plastic recyclable bag and paired with a grey carrying bag, a white charging cable and black and white instruction booklet. Not sure why such colour disparity but they compliment each other well.
The fan itself is shaped like a small mallet with a cylindrical head and a rectangular body or handle. The front of the head contains the digital display presenting the fans power setting in percentage, as well as the time remaining for the battery depending on power setting in hours and minutes. When charging the battery capacity LED's blink. The display is centred with the exhaust bordered around the outside of the displays circumference. The rear of the head contains the air intake. At the rear of the handle is the charging port used to replenish the 3600 mAh battery through the provided USB-C to USB-A cable. On the side is the sliding ON/OFF power switch, and at the front, below the fan head they stationed the scrolling power setting wheel. A great arrangement allowing use of one hand for operation.
Performance? Not bad. There are similar fans with faster RPM specification, this one having 24,000 which is sufficient for cooling at only 130g in weight. You can feel the air flow when set at 100%, though it's not overbearing and uncomfortable even at close range. Should someone find this unbearable they can simply scroll down to a lower power setting or simply increase distance between yourself and the fan by extending the assigned arm. Advertised battery endurance in hours is 13 at lowest setting with the display suggesting an approximate 3 hour operational time frame at highest settings. Maximum charge time is noted to be 3.5 hours for the 3600 mAh capacity battery. In all honesty I never trialed the full extent of these claims but at 2.0A and 2.5V, the rate at which energy is transferred is only 5W, making this assertion seems plausible, making this device efficient.
I will recommend this product with its portable disposition, light weight and decent horsepower. However, at the $30 CAD price point I feel some additional supporting elements should be included, such as detachable nozzles for thorough cleaning of various components such as keyboards and crevices which would further expand versatility. Maybe a small swiveled stand for independence, negating reliability on your limbs for constant stability.
Overall, a pretty decent contraption.

4.0 out of 5 stars This thing blows. .. air... .. as expected.
For me, I wanted something that'd help me blow out some of my computers from dust that inevitable gets packed in. This specific fan may do some very light work, but not well enough for the "baked on" stuff. I still have to go to the vacuums exhaust port to get that done. And done in a well ventilated area... and... outside.... and with a mask on....
But as a personal cooler, it'll do the job if you're sitting right next to it as I am as I write. The images of the womens hair getting blown back are very much overly done. This fan will push papers and dust off my desk, but not unless I'm right on top of the papers at full tilt. Dust might move depending if they're weighted down.
The high pitch this fan makes, even at low speeds, can be distracting. It's not horrific if you're in need, and you can hold a conversation if outside. Some of the lower CFM or RPM fans might be better because they're not as noisy. So that becomes a balance point to your preference. Faster air, more high pitch motor noises.
As I write this, I've got the fan running at low speed, sitting on top of a flat smooth surface and I CANNOT run it at 100% because it'll wander off somewhere. Slowly, but, it moves and it will fall too the floor. Not because of the wind, per say but I'm sure it's involved in some of the pressures to get it to move, but because of the vibrations and speed of the fan itself and the physical rotation of the fan itself. Laying it down flat instead of standing up straight, it's kind of comical as I sit here in my air conditioned basement watching this thing move around.
You really don't want three or four of these things running in near ear shot of each other, unless maybe outside. Low RPM with higher CFM is going to do you better for cooling since you want more air moving, not faster air. Small and compact, this unit certainly is. Battery life at low speed PROBABLY matches the advertising, but absolutely not at 100% speed.
#NITPIKS#
I have this thing laying down on its side. Being right here next to me at the low speeds, I can hear some variance to the fan speed with the amount of air being blown (Fan may spin up or down 10-100RPM for short bursts) but I also hear a whine from the motor as well that's not what I'd expect to hear. Fans being fans will always make a noise, and that's always going to be a sum of the motor and the friction of the air hitting the blades, but this high pitched sound ALMOST sounds like a stream of water randomly picking at the blades changing its frequency(?). Hard to describe, but if you're in a quiet room as I am, it's something you'd easily pick up on.
