I am 5 foot 5 inches and 130lbs. My measurements before eating are 33-27-37. I bought a small. In order to wear this shirt I did need to wear a pushup bra which takes my bust to 34 or it just hangs loose on my chest and looks very unflattering. A person with a 35-36 would probably look better. There is plenty of room in the waist to wear it over skirts or pants and the cut is actually more flattering than these pictures let on. I would size this by your chest and not your waist for a good fit. The reason this is 4 stars I did wash it on delicates once, hang dry and iron it before wearing. It already has a loose thread. The fabric is not see-through but it is thin and silky and comfortable (you can see my bra line in one photo). It's very delicate and even with gentle care, I don't know if it will hold up very long. This is a cute piece but I would consider it on par with my h&m clothing (fast fashion wears out easy). You'll want to reinforce the buttons. They are loose.

    I have had this on my wish list for a while now. When I went to order it, my size was not available. Grabbed it as soon as it was back. It is a great year round blouse. Cold months, a blaser or cardigan work great. I seem to be between sizes, so it is a little extra roomy. The one thing that is a pain are the sleeve bows. I wish the were tacked in bow form. As is typical for sleeve ties, they ope after a while. You need someone to retie for you. I plan to ties the bows and tack it in place. The v-neck is mot low, so it is appropriate for everything. I prefer a bit of a modest top. I am a 36C and there is plenty of room left for larger cups. A padded bra fills out the shirt a little more, to really shows a nice figure with this style, with out being revealing or tight. It is a light fabric that allows the body to have air. Though, I do not recommend the white blouse for hot sweaty days. I tend to have a cami underneath as I can get warm, just to help prevent some sweat staining. Great fun shirt to mix up instead of the typical plain blouse you wear to work. Though vintage styled, ir does not look old fashioned. It is all in accessorising and how worn in an outfit. I will likely order solid blouses in the future to coordinate with various bottoms, patterened or solid. It just makes me smile more. Fun without being goofy, shocking, or weird.

    I am 5' 5", 34 bust, 26 waist, 39 hip, 30DD. I got the medium. Based on the reviews, I thought it would run small and was concerned about the ladies fitting in. But they have extra room! So I'm getting a small to see which fit I prefer. I'll update when I know. I could definitely live with the medium. It's not too huge. And I might as there isn't a ton of stretch in the fabric.

    I'm pretty impressed with the quality to be honest. I got the white background cherry fabric. It's not totally opaque but it's not very see through. I can wear a dark gray, charcoal, bra and barely make out the shadow of it underneath. I'd still suggest nude underneath, but pastels could also slide without too much notice.

    The structured fit is so refreshing. So many button ups make me look like a box.... This one is cut for curvier women! Finally!

    There is also the added bonus that the buttons are sewn closer together making for a reinforced closure. Whoever designed this shirt understood gapping at the buttons as a problem in the bust.

    Not sure how they wash yet. I'll update about that too.

I actually like the white background a bit more (has a more feminine look) but love them both.     This shirt is very pretty. The pattern and colors are spot on.
    Its not terribly sheer but wear a nude bra with it is a must. I put on an undershirt because i dont like to leave anything to chance.

    There is NO stretch at all. Its very boxy and not very well fitted. I sized based on my waist measurement and got the size that was just a hair ( talking 1 cm) over my waist size because I was worried there would be little to no stretch and under wouldent work. Well it was huge. About 2-3 inches too big. I even double checked my measurements and the shirt measurements ( on the listing) to be sure after I got it in.
    I would have had to sew in several inches on the sides to make this shirt work.
    A button had fallen off in transit and was in the bag as well.

    The shirt was well packaged with tissue paper and looked great. However due to the size issue and no stretch I decided to return it. I was really bummed because this is such a pretty shirt and I had some really great outfits planned but without some stretch I dont feel like its flattering on me even if I sized down. My body shape isnt very forgiving with no stretch.

    Its very very pretty. I would recommend sizing down or be ready to exchange.

    The design is really cute, wore it to brunch and got lots of compliments.
    However, it fits a bit large so I'd recommend sizing down unless you have a very large chest. I'm a 34D and bought a large, and I probably would've best fit a medium or small (depending on their scaling).
    Fabric was very soft, and the bows on the sleeves are a cute touch. I'd recommend getting some help to tie them though, it's quite difficult to do on your own.
