Good unit for the price.
This bookcase came out just fine. Assembly was pretty clear and definitely doable with one person, just make sure you're careful about using the right shelves in the right direction-- they pretty much all look the same and it can be built by swapping some around, which is what I accidentally did, and while it'll be functional some of the shelves are only painted on one side, so the aesthetics will be quite ugly. Obviously fixable through disassembling and rebuilding, I'm just too lazy right now. There's a decent amount of space for items, and the unit itself isn't too large which is good for small spaces.My only complaints are that the white stickers they provide to cover the screws don't attach properly since the screws stick out a bit too far, and that it's just a bit unsteady/wobbly on carpet and doesn't provide any easy wall anchorage, so I'm a bit hesitant to put anything too heavy on it. I don't foresee this being a huge problem for me, but if you have particularly curious animals or children, be careful.

Not too bad for the price. Assembly looked like it would be a nightmare, but it ended up being pretty simple. As long as you follow the steps, and don't forget to put the back part in like I did.
Be careful with the screws.Because the material of the wood, it's very delicate
