Stopped working after a month, BUT, They Fixed It!

So, when we received the fountain on 14 November 2023, this fountain worked just fine! Now, 27 December 2023, the pump motor has stopped working. The LED blinks blue, and will not pump water. We’ve used only filtered water and have followed the weekly cleaning instructions, to find out this morning that the pump no longer pumps water. Which is a sad thing, because our cats loved it. We did too. It was quiet and relatively mess free, but now, nothing. We’ve never let the water level get below operational levels, so not quite sure what’s wrong, other than it’s a weak motor.
That all being said, the company DID send me a replacement pump and filters, and that was less than a week wait! So, they do stand behind their product! This is an update to my original review. We will continue to use this as the cats love it.

I made a thorough search on different types of water fountains for my cat, it had to have a metal plate (check) to avoid any eventual reactions from the cat to plastic ones, it had to be low enough (check) so that it would not be uncomfortable to drink from for the cat, silent (check) and with an easy exchangeable filter (check). The fountain came with two filters but I can see I will be able to make some diy filters for the fountain in the future. The cat really likes it and I can already see he is drinking more water than before. The LED light helps see the water level but it would have been amazing if it changed color to indicate a low water level. The price (check) was also great, there were a lot of expensive water fountain options out there with many different unnecessary features. This water fountain is perfect and I'll probably be getting a second one to have in another location in the house.

It was a big hit with my cats, however, after cleaning it and changing the filter today (December 31, 2023), the pump completely stopped working. I have tried everything I can think of to get it going and it is completely dead. I cannot find any way to contact the seller about this, so all I can do is leave this review and caution others that this product has very little longevity and is not a good investment. Go with another option.

It's easy to assemble and dismantle to clean. It has to be cleaned weekly as the water in the container will get slimy for being soaked for a week. The blue light is a good dim light to show it is functioning and also lights up the water level markings on the side. The fountain falls onto the shallow pool of water silently, which is great so no noise at night. So all perfect except for one negative, my cat has not taken to it. She drinks from it, no problem, but only if the fountain is switched off. Ya, go figure. Well, no slight on the product. I simply turn it on to refresh the water and off to leave the still water on the tray for Dusty to hydrate. Can't win 'em all. Highly recommended!

This product is perfect. The little stream that comes out of the top (that has 2 different attachments so you can choose which one your feline friend will prefer) has just the right amount of power to create a nice little flow of water.
The bowl has a very large capacity that could potentially provide enough water for up to (I daresay) around 10 cats on the daily, with some water left.
The motor is relatively quiet, just a very quiet hum, which is not bad at all.
The little LED blue light that is in the bowl means that it is easy to see and makes it possible to see the water level left in the bowl.
The bowl itself is very stylish. Not like one of the car fountains with the garish and cheap looking flower on the top. This one has clearly very much been designed with style and appearance in mind.

Overall, excellent product. Would highly recommend.
