    I was hoping these might fit slightly looser on my wrist than a brand new gair tie given the bracelet title. These are just as tight as a new hair tie (almost cutting off circulation), and they actually take longer to stretch out! So in terms of looking like a loose friendship bracelet that can double as a hair tie, these don't give that fit. I'll say that the colors and styles make them look nicer than a regular hair tie. But from a hair tie function perspective, these are textured and strong, and hold my slick thin hair even better than a normal hair tie!

    I like that I can wear these on my wrist, and they're easily accessible when I want to put my hair up. Most hair bands are way too small to go on my wrist for any length of time, but these ones are nice and loose, and I don't even notice them there throughout the day, which is exactly what I was looking for.     As far as durability: I've used these every day for 6 weeks, which isn't that long for hair accessories, but so far there's been no distortion or stretch, and they look just as good today as they did the day I got them.
