It feels like flimsy silicone, it doesn't spin very well, and it does not seem to stay stuck to surfaces very well or for very long. I stuck it to her highchair tray and she ended up throwing it off the tray. I can definitely tell why it's a cheap toy. She seems to like it so I'll keep it but I will not be buying this again. I expected it to at least spin smoothly but it barely spins. I tried to post a picture and video but Amazon won't let me .
