    Whoever. It advertises it comes with measuring cup. I received mine without it so I exchanged it only to get the new one without it as well. I like it so I didn't return but I feel like the title of the item should not state that it has something if it doesn't. I don't think it was worth 50 maybe 30$ but for 50$ I didn't get the cup
