Our new bar stools have odd shaped legs, 1" on two sides and 1/2" on the other two sides. I wasn't sure if either the universal or square would fit but after watching one of the video reviews I decided on the small universal (round). They have a nice tight fit and the opaque black ties in nicely with the black foot ring on the chairs. Make sure you measure and order the right size as these floor protectors stretch and should fit snugly. It's nice to be able to push the chairs back and forth instead of lifting! Unless your chair legs are built straight up and down and not at an angle, the protectors are going to look "crooked". It looked odd at first but now I don't even notice. My only suggestion to the company is to make the felt on the bottom thicker. Not sure how long these will last but with a set of 32 I can replace them several times before ordering more. So far so good!
