The Size is perfect for a 150lb person. Extremely lightweight and comfortable. Performance so far feels pretty good. Instructions say start on number 10 temperature then adjust. Very easy to use. Would buy again for its a value for the money. Very happy with purchase. Would have liked a 15 and 30 minutes setting,otherwise buy with confidence. As far as washing, I'll hopefully remember to update at a later time.I TAKE IT ALL BACK. Heat stopped getting hot after 2nd tryout. And would not STAY ON my shoulders

    This is great on my neck and shoulder. I’ve had neck surgery & also have a few more pinched nerves in it. In the winter time my neck and shoulder hurt extremely bad. This helps more than a regular heating pad. Thank you highly recommend for anyone who has a bad neck.

    I wanted to like this product but it's barely functional in it's current design.

    The product is advertised to heat up to ~140F (after heating to 30-60 minutes) but I could barely get the product to hit over 100F. Most times it's closer to body temperature which defeats the purpose of this product.

    The product also doesn't sit well on the back. It needs more weight for it to sit against your back. Generally, I had to press up against a chair to feel any heat. Stay away from this product and look for something that actually works.

    There aren't any heating coils in the neck flap. It's just cloth so your neck isn't going to get any direct heat. Works great on the shoulders though.
