The rolly bit you can see in the pictures, the one with the ball inside that’s supposed to spin, ITS FIXED WITH WOOD, like it’s attached to the entire thing with two skinny wood bits and guess what, it arrived snapped. You have to remove the whole thing until you can unscrew the wood blocks that hold the wooden pegs in place and replace them with metal pins, which we haven’t even been able to get to yet. The little cubes: the shapes are the babies favorite, and we had to take them away because the wood bits and the paint was coming off 🤦🏽‍♀️ So… buy it, toss out the cubes, and be prepared with two metal pins, just make sure to get your refund if it does arrive broken. Watch out with the babies fingers if you choose not to remove the rolly bit and it’s attached on one side, we had to remove it by snapping the other side off which was not difficult. If you talk to customer service CALL THEM. the chat agents are outsourced and two of them lied about the refund being issued.

The rolly bit you can see in the pictures, the one with the ball inside that’s supposed to spin, ITS FIXED WITH WOOD, like it’s attached to the entire thing with two skinny wood bits and guess what, it arrived snapped. You have to remove the whole thing until you can unscrew the wood blocks that hold the wooden pegs in place and replace them with metal pins, which we haven’t even been able to get to yet.

      The little cubes: the shapes are the babies favorite, and we had to take them away because the wood bits and the paint was coming off 🤦🏽‍♀️

      So… buy it, toss out the cubes, and be prepared with two metal pins, just make sure to get your refund if it does arrive broken. Watch out with the babies fingers if you choose not to remove the rolly bit and it’s attached on one side, we had to remove it by snapping the other side off which was not difficult.

      If you talk to customer service CALL THEM. the chat agents are outsourced and two of them lied about the refund being issued.
