Perfect outdoor bistro chairs
These chairs are absolutely adorable and exactly what I wanted. The size is fine, a little on the small side, but that’s okay. The blue and white is gorgeous! I plan to paint the metal on the table white, so it will look better. Table left by sellers. Also ugly green plastic chairs, but they’re gone now. They’re pretty lightweight, so not sure how they’ll hold up to wind. They’re comfortable. Customer service was wonderful. The boxes arrived at different times, and they followed up to make sure that I received all six chairs. One box was damaged, but the chairs are well-packed and padded, so no damage to them.

There is a lot to like about these chairs. I ordered two sets of what I will call the arm-less dining chair and two sets of a larger style with arms (which the manufacturer calls a dining chair as well). I have tried to break apart the rating and information on the different styles but was unable to so READ CAREFULLY because there were problems with the arm chair style that did not show up on the dining chair style. Both styles of chairs do appear to be well made and sturdy. The plastic wrapping seems well put together. I use the dining chairs as extras, when needed, around my patio table so the comfort for that is just fine. The larger arm chairs I use for additional patio seating and seating around the pool. The color I selected on Amazon was true to the actual color that arrived. My Fault - did not pay attention to the fact these chairs must be assembled. The dining chairs arrived with fairly easy to read instructions and all the necessary parts; the arm chairs DID NOT ARRIVE WITH ALL NECESSARY PARTS. For both chair styles the legs come as one part and the seat and back come as another. There are three attachment points; one on each side near the front of the chair and one at the back of the seat in the middle. The chair must be turned up side down to work on attaching them. The hardward and the pre-drilled holes all aligned nicely on the dining chiars. The arm chairs supplied only enough hardward to put one chair together and on one chair the hole at the back of the seat of the legs did not align with the seat/back hole. See the photos of both the instructions, the missing parts and the mis-aligned holes. My biggest reason for only giving the chair four stars rather than five is that they do not stack for easy storage. I have seen French bistro style chairs before and they are stackable. I live where there is a real winter so I have to store the chairs for winter and since I use them as back-up chairs during the summer months, it would have been nice to have them stack and take up less storage space. If I were able to rate the arm chair, I would only give it three stars because of the hardware and quality problem. The box clearly states is contains TWO CHAIRS, but there was only enough hardward provided to complete ONE of the TWO CHAIRS. I thought about sending the chairs back but decided to go to my local hardware store for the additional parts I needed. However the mis-aligned holes on the one chair was a real problem and with clamps and tilting the screw as best as I could, I managed to get the back attachment point to at least hold the screw. We shall see how long it holds because it would not go all the way down!
